This is book is easy to read and has some great ideas to cleanse your body and keep the toxins out. Since I read it, I have followed the guidance to eliminate my negative thoughts and find myself sleeping much better. My wife also thought the book was a great source of ideas. I highly recommend Rita's book.

This is not your typical weight loss book. It is easy to read, well written guide on how to live your life by honoring the Earth. By honoring the Earth and listening to its teachings, we "begin to feel the pure light energy within ourselves..." the information Rita shares in this book is not something written off the top of her head. She share spiritual wisdom that has been handed down through generations of indigenous healers. If we remove our negative energy through Rita's teachings, we can lighten our bodies and experience a greater satisfaction in our everyday life. To be truly happy and in turn lose weight, we need to be in harmony with the Earth an dour own energy field. Thank you Rita for writing this amazing book and introducing a whole new way of life.

I am impressed. And I am touched. I have struggled with weight loss for over two decades. After reading this book, for the first time in my life, I truly just want to be healthy. There is plenty of advice here on diet, exercise, and drinking plenty of water. However, there is also a lot about energy work, healing past trauma and connecting with nature. I never considered this as part of weight loss but makes so much sense to integrate ALL your health (physical, emotional, and spiritual) into one process. I feel less chaotic just after the first read.
